CHANGING BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
Contact us at email@example.com to place bookings for any appointments. A gift card, prepayment or credit card is required when booking for appointments to be held. Any cancellations or changes to the appointment should be advised no less than 24 hours before the reservation of your appointment through phone call or email. We require prepayment for group bookings and at least a 72 hour notice for changes or cancellation. Any late changes or cancellations will result into 50% of the full fee in a respectful manner, unless it is possible to fill the place.
It would be ideal you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment scheduled time. In the case you are late for an appointment, we may have to possibly shorten or cancel your treatment and the cancellation fee of the full scheduled appointment may still apply.

All stylists at Enough are qualified and highly experienced in the respective services they provide. In case your preferred stylist is unavailable on your booking, an equally qualified stylist will attend to you.

Just as all care is take, Enough cannot give you a guarantee of totally free treatments (or catering) from any traces of allergens or suitable for any medical situation. Please, kindly get counsel from your healthcare professional. There should be a written clearance for patients under the treatment of cancer or chronic medical conditions from their doctor.

The allowable duration and validity for gift cards is 12 months and can be redeemed for the treatment nominated, or the purchase value of the original card can be utilised towards different services of choice. The number of gift cards have to be quoted at the time a booking for an appointment is done and presented when getting to our studio. In the case where you provide a notice of less than 24 hours or have an appointment rescheduled that was booked with the use of a gift card, the price of the service booked may be deducted from the balance of the card. It is not possible for gift cards to be exchanged for cash or utilised to buy gift cards, products or discounted promotions, packages. Kindly guard your card as it's impossible to replace if stolen.
