What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a powerful restorative guided meditation. Which incorporates breath, relaxation, a clear intention and mindfulness techniques. It works by disengaging your thoughts and taking you to brainwave states similar to sleep in a conscious state, your body sleeps, whilst you remain conscious. It’s a state of being between sleep and consciousness that’s conducive to deep emotional, mental and physical healing.
The 45 min classes will include a general restorative Yoga Nidra, focusing on the themes of Mindful in May. You can choose to attend one class or all!

Cost - $15, with proceeds (minus fees and charges) will be donated to Mindful in May: Water Charity.
